Previously created reports are accessed through the Reports feed. The Reports feed updates throughout the mission when reports are created. The reports are displayed in the order they are created, with the most recent report at the top. You can filter your reports. You can also click Collapse All to collapse any open reports. A message appears in the feed if you have no reports in your mission.
View a report
To view a report from the Reports feed, complete the following steps:
- Go to the Reports feed and identify a report of interest.
- Click the Information button to view the report.
The report opens in read-only mode and is selected on the map.
- Click Close to close the report.
Filter reports
You can filter reports based on who submitted a report. To filter a report, complete the following steps:
- Go to the Reports feed.
- Click the More button.
- Click Filter Reports.
- Expand the Submitted By section.
- Choose one or more members to filter the Reports feed.
- Expand the Report Type section.
- Choose one or more report types to filter the Reports feed.
- Optionally, you can uncheck the Apply filters to the map option so your filter does not reflect on the mission map. This is enabled by default.
- Click Apply.
The Reports feed updates with the members you selected with the most recent on top.
To clear your reports filter, complete the following steps:
- Go to the Reports feed.
- Click the More button.
- Click Filter Reports.
- Click Clear All.
The Reports feed updates to display all reports with the most recent at the top.
Sort reports
The Sort Reports button allows you to sort your reports based on key fields, as well as from most recent and least recent reports. The Reports feed is sorted by Submitted Date by default.
To sort the Reports feed, complete the following steps:
- Go to the Reports feed.
- Click the Sort Reports button.
The Sort menu appears.
- Click a key field on the Sort menu:
- Submitted Date
- Submitted By
- Report Type
- Optionally, choose a sort direction. This changes depending on what key field you choose to sort by.
The Reports feed updates accordingly.
Cache reports
If you are the mission owner or mission lead, you can cache certain reports to remove the activity from the Reports feed and mission map for all mission members. To cache reports, complete the following steps:
- Open your mission and go to the Reports feed.
- Click the Cache Message button.
A dialog box appears to confirm that you want to hide this mission activity from other members of the mission.
- Click Cache. Click Cancel if you do not want to hide the mission activity.
Your mission map and mission feed update by caching the mission activity accordingly.
To view cached reports, complete the following steps:
- Go to the Reports feed.
- Click the More button.
- Click View Cached Messages.
- Click Restore Message.
A message appears asking to confirm your action to restore the message back to the feed.
- Click Restore.
The Reports feed updates with the remaining cached messages.
